Terms of sale
neuvilvpxqla.shop is a service operated by Arc-en-ciel d'intérieur, a simplified joint-stock company with capital of €70,792, whose registered office is located at 7 Rue Jean Elysée Dupuy, 69410 Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or, France.
RCS number: Lyon 522 758 028
VAT number: FR18522758028
ARTICLE 0 – PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale of neuvilvpxqla.shop (hereinafter the “GTC”) apply exclusively between Arc-en-ciel d'intérieur S.A.S. (hereinafter “Maison Pavane”) and any customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) of the website neuvilvpxqla.shop (hereinafter the “Site”) making a purchase from Maison Pavane via the Site.
Maison Pavane’s main business is the design and marketing of furniture products and interior decoration accessories.
The GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by Maison Pavane on the Site.
The GTC are the only applicable terms and replace all other terms, unless otherwise previously expressly agreed in writing by Maison Pavane.
Maison Pavane reserves the right, at any time, to adapt or amend certain provisions of the GTC. Consequently, it is necessary to review the version in force on the date the order is placed on the Site. These adaptations or amendments shall be enforceable against the user from the time they are posted online and shall apply to orders placed after they are posted online.
ARTICLE 1 – CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Any Site user may open an account containing their personal information. Any order placed on the Site requires the Customer to create an account. Access to this account is protected by a username and password. When opening the account, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted the GTC by ticking the box provided for this purpose.
Creating an account enables the Customer to track the progress of any current order, view the Sponsored Persons (as defined in Article 5 – Referral), subscribe to the Maison Pavane newsletter informing them in particular about upcoming or available products, and receive reminders about abandoned carts.
The Customer shall be bound by any order placed from their account. It is therefore the Customer’s responsibility to protect the confidentiality of their username and password.
Maison Pavane reserves the right to suspend or close a Customer’s account if the Customer breaches the provisions of the GTC or the laws and regulations in force in France.
ARTICLE 2 – CONTRACT
The contract shall be deemed concluded between the parties when Maison Pavane accepts payment for an order. Acceptance of payment for an order will vary depending on the payment method chosen by the Customer.
In order to combat fraudulent bank-card orders as effectively as possible, Maison Pavane reserves the right to request supporting documentation from the Customer (identity document, proof of address, etc.) in order to validate shipment of the order. If the requested supporting document is not received within 48 hours, Maison Pavane reserves the right to cancel the Customer’s order and consequently refund the Customer.
Maison Pavane’s acceptance of payment for an order constitutes the Customer’s acceptance of the GTC in force on the date the order is placed.
The contract shall remain valid until the Customer’s order has been fulfilled.
By accepting these GTC, the Customer declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract pursuant to Articles 1145 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS
The products displayed on the Site are available for sale. Maison Pavane provides the Customer, for information purposes, with a descriptive sheet and photographs of the products offered for sale. Product photographs are not contractually binding. Products are offered for sale for a limited period. Maison Pavane reserves the right to change the period during which the products are offered for sale without incurring any liability.
If a product is no longer available, the Customer may request that it be reissued (using the “notify me when available” button). In this case, the Customer will be asked to identify themselves on the Site in order to receive an alert email if the products concerned are offered for sale again.
Maison Pavane reserves the right to determine product availability according to the delivery location (Corsica, Belgium, islands, etc.).
Maison Pavane reserves the right to determine which products will be reissued.
ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product offers are valid while they remain visible on the Site.
Each order is subject to specific manufacturing or a specific delivery request by Maison Pavane’s partner. Once an order has been accepted, Maison Pavane will send the Customer who placed the order a purchase confirmation email summarising, in particular, the products ordered and the delivery period.
Only receipt of the purchase confirmation email from Maison Pavane guarantees product availability.
However, after an order has been placed, Maison Pavane reserves the right to suspend the sale of a product if it is unavailable. In this event, Maison Pavane will inform the Customer as soon as possible by email or telephone and will offer the Customer the option either to cancel the order or to select a similar product (at the same price), stating the delivery period.
If the Customer cancels their order before it is shipped, Maison Pavane will refund, using the payment method used when the order was placed, the amount paid by the Customer within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the Customer’s decision.
ARTICLE 5 – REFERRAL
Maison Pavane allows Customers who have previously opened an account on the Site (the “Referrer”) to refer their friends and relatives (the “Sponsored Person”).
As part of the referral procedure, the Referrer will be asked to enter the Sponsored Person’s email address. The referral will then be formalised by an automated email sent from the Referrer to the Sponsored Person via the Site.
Each Referrer may refer several Sponsored Persons. However, under no circumstances and at no time may a Sponsored Person have more than one (1) Referrer. In any event, Maison Pavane will only accept the referral if, on the date of the referral, the Sponsored Person has not opened a customer account on the Site.
Any referral made outside the framework of the GTC, for directly or indirectly profit-making purposes, or even free of charge, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited. Maison Pavane reserves the right to withdraw all benefits granted to a Customer engaging in such practices.
ARTICLE 6 – ORDERING PROCEDURES AND PRICES
6.1 Orders
Orders may only be placed on the Site. No other form of order will be accepted, unless expressly, previously and in writing agreed by Maison Pavane.
When validating the contents of their cart, the Customer will be redirected to a window allowing them to access their account in order to continue placing the order, or to open a customer account for the purpose of continuing to place the order.
An order may only be recorded on the Site if the Customer has clearly identified themselves by entering their strictly personal username and password. Any order placed using a username and password shall be deemed validly submitted.
An order will only be accepted by Maison Pavane when payment of the order by the Customer has been recorded.
Any order accepted by Maison Pavane will result in a purchase confirmation email being sent to the email address used to place the order, summarising the products ordered, the delivery address and the delivery period. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase confirmation email sent by Maison Pavane is not blocked by an email-filtering system. Maison Pavane shall not be held liable for the blocking or deletion of the purchase confirmation email, regardless of the system involved.
Only the purchase confirmation email guarantees the availability of the product ordered, subject to the provisions of Article 4 above.
Maison Pavane reserves the right to cancel an order, particularly if the Customer commits payment fraud or any other criminal or civil offence.
6.2 Prices
Prices displayed in euros on the Site include all taxes and take into account the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order. These prices exclude the contribution to Premium delivery costs and are firm at the time the Customer places the order.
Despite all the care taken by Maison Pavane with the Site, the prices displayed on the Site may contain errors. In such an event, Maison Pavane shall not be held liable for such errors and reserves the right to cancel any order when such errors occur.
The Customer’s payment currency may differ from the currency in which prices are displayed. If the Customer’s bank applies an exchange rate to the transaction between the Customer and Maison Pavane, the Customer shall bear exclusively the exchange fees applied by their bank.
Due to an adapted commercial policy and various constraints (logistics, etc.), Maison Pavane reserves the right to sell a product at a different price depending on the country of delivery of the order.
Our in-store prices are provided for information purposes only and are calculated based on an average of the prices of equivalent products on the market, it being understood that certain technical or material characteristics may vary.
6.3 Delivery costs
The Customer contributes to the delivery costs of the products ordered if they choose Premium delivery.
By going to their cart on the Site (or to the product page), the Customer may obtain an estimate of these delivery costs.
The final amount of these delivery costs will be clearly displayed on the Site before the Customer validates the order.
The delivery costs may vary depending on the delivery location (e.g. islands such as Corsica, Belgium, mountain resorts, etc.).
6.4 Price changes
Maison Pavane reserves the right to change, without prior notice, the prices of products in the “upcoming” and/or “for sale” sections in the event of a change in the applicable VAT rate, fluctuations in production or logistics costs, or for any other reason.
The price applicable to a product is the price displayed on the Site at the time the order is placed.
6.5 Promotional codes
The Customer may receive personal, non-transferable promotional codes whose validity period shall be limited at Maison Pavane’s discretion. These promotional codes will be sent by email by Maison Pavane to the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep the email containing the promotional code(s) in order to enter them later in the relevant field when placing an order. Maison Pavane shall not be held liable in the event of loss of a promotional code or of an email containing a promotional code.
Only one promotional code may be used per order.
Maison Pavane will only accept the use of these promotional codes for orders meeting the criteria defined by the relevant code, excluding Premium delivery costs, and only when placing an order during which the Customer must complete the relevant field on the Site.
6.6 Eco-contribution / Ecomaison / Eco-système / Ecologic
Our prices are subject to changes resulting from the application, as provided for by Article R543-247 of the French Environmental Code, of a contribution to the costs of disposing of waste from furniture elements.
Ecomaison is an eco-organisation approved by the Ministry of Ecology and dedicated to collecting and recovering used furniture. Ecomaison applies the principle of visible eco-contribution, displayed and charged in addition to the product price. This eco-contribution helps develop and finance the recycling sector and establish tools for processing furniture reaching the end of its life. For “electrical and electronic equipment” (lighting fixtures), it is called WEEE and is paid in full to the state-approved eco-organisation Eco-système. For “sports and leisure articles”, it is paid in full to the eco-organisation Ecologic.
The eco-contribution tax applies only to products delivered in France.
ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT
Products may be paid for by bank card (via the secure SSL or “Secure Socket Layer” server) or by any payment method provided on the Site (Apple Pay, Alma, bank card, bank transfer, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.). Maison Pavane shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from any attempt to pay by a method other than those mentioned in the GTC.
Certain payment options may include additional fees (e.g. payment in 3 or 4 instalments). These fees are clearly indicated next to the relevant payment method when it is selected by the Customer before validating the purchase.
If payment is refused, particularly because the bank details were entered incorrectly or the bank-account balance is insufficient, the Customer shall bear all costs associated with resolving the problem, including costs incurred by any third parties.
The price payable is the price indicated on the Site at the time of purchase. It corresponds to the total price of the products ordered and is increased by delivery costs in the case of Premium delivery, after deduction of any promotional codes. This final price will be indicated to the Customer at the “order review” stage, before payment of the order.
The products shall remain the property of Maison Pavane until the price has been paid in full. However, upon receipt of the order by the Customer or their representative, the risks relating to the delivered products shall pass to the Customer.
If the Customer fails to pay fifteen (15) days after formal notice sent by Maison Pavane by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, late-payment interest equal to five times the interest rate shall be charged to the Customer until the price is paid in full.
Payment in instalments with Alma.
If you pay for your order in instalments, you accept Alma’s customer general terms and conditions, as well as Alma’s specific terms and conditions for Arc-en-ciel d'intérieur customers.
ARTICLE 8 – PAYMENT SECURITY
Maison Pavane has chosen to maximise the security of online payments.
At the end of the order process, the Customer is redirected to Crédit Agricole’s secure SSL server: e-transactions. Only SSL e-transactions has access to the confidential data entered by the Customer during online payment.
Maison Pavane does not have access to this data; it will therefore be requested from the Customer for each order.
ARTICLE 9 – DELIVERY
Our shipping and delivery times are calculated in business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
These times are provided for information purposes only; delivery delays shall therefore not give rise to price reductions or compensation.
Orders may only be delivered within metropolitan France, including Corsica (subject to an additional charge) and Monaco, as well as Belgium.
Neither Maison Pavane nor the carrier shall be held liable for an inability to deliver the product(s) ordered if the delivery address is not sufficiently precise.
The order will be delivered, at the Customer’s choice, to the address indicated in metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco) when registering on the Site or placing the order. If delivery is to a different address, the delivery-address fields must be completed. The Customer must make this choice when placing the order.
If the Customer wishes to change the delivery address after placing the order, they must contact Maison Pavane’s customer service as soon as possible via https://neuvilvpxqla.shop/pages/contact, quoting the order number and the product concerned and specifying the new delivery address before the order is shipped. The Customer may also make this change after shipment directly with the carrier using the link received by email or SMS.
An address change is only possible for the same category of service (pickup point to pickup point or home delivery to home delivery). Depending on the progress of the Customer’s order, Maison Pavane will then send an email confirming or refusing the delivery-address change. All additional costs and charges generated by the delivery-address change shall be borne exclusively by the Customer. Maison Pavane reserves the right to accept or refuse the request to change the delivery address.
The availability of the various delivery methods (courier, carrier, pickup point) varies depending on the product or the composition of the order (weight, dimensions, etc.).
When placing the order, the Customer must provide Maison Pavane with all useful information (mobile telephone number) and a description of the delivery address (dimensions of stairs, doors and access routes that do not allow normal access to the delivery address) to ensure that delivery proceeds smoothly.
Depending on the delivery method, the carrier may contact the Customer directly by telephone, email or SMS to arrange an appointment or indicate the delivery date for the product at the address provided by the Customer. The Customer undertakes to be present on the delivery date agreed with the carrier. If the date indicated by the carrier is not suitable, the Customer may choose another date using the link received by SMS or email from the carrier.
If an order consists of several parcels, the Site reserves the right to select the carrier best suited to this specific type of shipment in order to guarantee the quality of the delivery service; this may have a slight impact on delivery times.
For certain products, “delivery without an appointment” is available. In this case, the carrier (DPD, GLS, etc.) will not arrange a delivery appointment with the Customer. The Customer will nevertheless be informed of the delivery date by SMS or email. If the Customer is absent when the courier first calls, the Customer may change the delivery date until midnight on the previous day using the carrier link sent by SMS or email. Otherwise, a delivery notice will be left in the Customer’s mailbox indicating the arrangements made following the absence. At the carrier’s discretion, the parcel may then be left at a pickup point near the indicated delivery address, given to a neighbour, or another delivery attempt may be offered.
If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, delivery is impossible, or damage results from the delivery, particularly due to inaccurate information provided by the Customer, neither Maison Pavane nor the carrier may be held liable, individually or jointly.
All costs (return of products, storage, rental of lifting equipment or goods lifts, etc.) resulting from the Customer’s absence at delivery, an inability to deliver or inaccurate information provided by the Customer shall be borne exclusively by the Customer and must be paid before the product is redelivered. In particular, for Premium delivery, the Customer must measure the access points to their home in order to confirm to the carrier that the ordered product can be delivered.
Deliveries are made to the ground floor; it is the Customer’s responsibility to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that delivery proceeds smoothly.
For certain products, delivery to a pickup point is available. The Customer will be notified by email and/or SMS when the parcel(s) are available at the pickup point. It is the Customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel(s) within the allotted period. Any costs related to reshipping a parcel or parcels due to the storage period having expired shall be borne exclusively by the Customer. The Customer must pay the return costs if they wish the parcel to be reshipped, or will be refunded excluding return costs if they do not wish the parcel to be reshipped (order cancellation). Maison Pavane and the carrier also reserve the right to change the pickup point if the pickup point selected by the Customer is unavailable when the order is shipped/delivered (pickup point on holiday, permanently closed, etc.). In the event of a change of pickup point, the Customer will be informed by email and/or SMS.
Upon delivery, the Customer must unpack the product(s) in the presence of the carrier, check that the products conform and make any reservations and claims that appear justified, and refuse any non-conforming product(s), without prejudice to the Customer’s right of withdrawal.
Any reservation must be written precisely by hand by the Customer on the delivery note. The reservation must indicate the nature of the damage or error (examples: “refused, does not conform to the order”, “refused, product or parcel damaged”) and must be dated and signed.
In the event of damage (damaged product) or error (wrong product or colour), the Customer must refuse the product upon delivery and confirm their reservations within three (3) business days following the delivery date via https://neuvilvpxqla.shop/pages/contact.
No claim submitted after the three (3) business-day period will be accepted by Maison Pavane.
If a product is refused, the return costs shall be borne exclusively by Maison Pavane.
ARTICLE 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ORDER CANCELLATION
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the Customer has a period beginning on the date of the order and ending sixty (60) calendar days after the day the products are delivered to exercise their right of withdrawal from Maison Pavane without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
If exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must first inform Maison Pavane by sending a message via https://neuvilvpxqla.shop/pages/contact. The message sent shall constitute the effective date on which the Customer exercises their right of withdrawal.
To ensure that the product is returned under the best possible conditions, Maison Pavane shall select the method of transport and the carrier. The Customer expressly agrees not to return any product without first consulting Maison Pavane.
If this right of withdrawal is exercised within the period specified above, return costs shall be free of charge and borne by Maison Pavane for returns to a pickup point for eligible products, and to the Customer’s home for products not eligible for return to a pickup point. If the Customer wishes to have an eligible product collected from their home, the return costs shall be borne by the Customer and Maison Pavane Customer Service will provide a return-cost schedule. If this right of withdrawal is exercised within the period and under the conditions specified above, the price of the returned product and the delivery costs indicated in the order will be refunded.
Any product returned under this Article must be returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that it can be resold.
Any returned product must be shipped to the address indicated by Maison Pavane.
Any incomplete or used product will not be accepted under the right of withdrawal.
Any refund under this Article will be made using the payment method used when the order was placed within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the returned product is received by Maison Pavane.
Order cancellation is free of charge only if the product has not yet been shipped. For any cancellation after shipment, return costs will be deducted from the refund.
ARTICLE 11 – WARRANTY
Maison Pavane provides a two-year statutory warranty of conformity for defects found in delivered products, upon proof of the purchase date.
If the Customer reports a defect, they must inform Maison Pavane via https://neuvilvpxqla.shop/pages/contact and provide photographic evidence.
Before agreeing to cover the product under warranty, Maison Pavane will carry out the following checks:
- The product conforms to the product ordered by the Customer, without damage or particular modification;
- The defect reported by the Customer does not result from abnormal use of the product ordered, normal wear and tear or an accidental event potentially caused by a third party.
If Maison Pavane confirms coverage under this warranty, Maison Pavane undertakes, at its discretion, to send a spare part, refund or exchange the apparently defective products.
Maison Pavane will handle the return formalities and bear the related costs under this warranty (excluding packaging, lift-platform and similar costs). Depending on the damage to the product, Maison Pavane reserves the right not to arrange a return. The refund will nevertheless be made.
In the event of collection, Maison Pavane will select the most suitable carrier. The collection conditions will nevertheless be equivalent to the shipping service.
Any refund decided by Maison Pavane will be made using the payment method used when the order was placed within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the returned product is received by Maison Pavane.
This warranty does not affect the statutory warranty for hidden defects provided for by Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
In accordance with Article L111-3 of the French Consumer Code, we inform you that spare parts for our products are available for a minimum of 3 months (subject to availability from the manufacturer). Due to the nature and origin of our products, this period may vary considerably. Customers may, if they wish, find out the availability period for a product’s spare parts by contacting our customer service via https://neuvilvpxqla.shop/pages/contact.
Under the statutory warranty of conformity, the consumer:
- has two years from delivery of the goods to bring a claim;
- may choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for by Article L. 211-9 of the French Consumer Code;
- is exempt from proving the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the six months following delivery. This period is extended to twenty-four months from 18 March 2016, except for second-hand goods.
The statutory warranty of conformity applies independently of any commercial warranty that may have been granted.
The consumer may decide to invoke the warranty against hidden defects in the item sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the French Civil Code and, in this case, may choose between rescission of the sale or a reduction in the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the French Civil Code.
ARTICLE 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Site, whether visual or audio, are the exclusive property of Maison Pavane and are protected by copyright, trademark and patent law. Consequently, any full or partial reproduction of the Site without Maison Pavane’s express authorisation is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
ARTICLE 13 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations on the protection of personal data and under the conditions set out in Maison Pavane’s Personal Data Protection Policy, available below, which the Customer declares they fully understand and accept.
ARTICLE 14 – LIABILITY
The Customer is responsible for entering and ensuring the accuracy of all information at each stage of placing an order and at all stages following the conclusion of the contract.
Maison Pavane shall not be liable for the information provided by the Customer at each stage of placing an order or at any stage following the conclusion of the contract.
Maison Pavane does not guarantee acceptance of the Customer’s order and disclaims all liability in the event that the product ordered is unavailable, subject to refunding the Customer the price of the product ordered.
Maison Pavane’s sole liability under the contract is that set out in Article 11 above. Maison Pavane shall incur no liability for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the contract, or for a case of force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, or for an event beyond Maison Pavane’s control.
Maison Pavane shall not be liable if the failure to perform its obligations is attributable to an unforeseeable or insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, a case of force majeure as defined by French case law, or an event beyond Maison Pavane’s control.
Maison Pavane shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruption, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Maison Pavane’s obligation under the contract is an obligation of means limited to processing orders.
ARTICLE 15 – TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
Maison Pavane may terminate any Customer Order by simple notification sent to the Customer by email in the event of non-payment of any sum due under an Order one week after a formal notice sent by email has remained unsuccessful.
ARTICLE 16 – APPLICABLE LAW
These GTC are governed by French law.
ARTICLE 17 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute concerning the conclusion, interpretation or performance of the GTC, the Customer may refer the matter to the following consumer mediator in order to reach an amicable settlement:
CM2C
14, rue Saint Jean 75017 PARIS
Email: cm2c@cm2c.net
Website address: https://cm2c.net/
If the dispute cannot be settled amicably between the Parties or with the assistance of the consumer mediator, the competent courts shall be seised to resolve the dispute.
ARTICLE 18 – EVIDENCE
Computerised records stored in Maison Pavane’s computer systems and, where applicable, those of its partners under reasonable security conditions, shall be regarded as evidence of communications, orders and payments made between the parties, without prejudice to the Customer’s ability to provide evidence to the contrary by any legally recognised means.
ARTICLE 19 – CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Customer has several means of contacting Maison Pavane for any information or question:
- by telephone: 04 81 07 37 77, Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding public holidays (local call rate – excluding surcharges applied by certain operators [e.g. Bbox...]),
- via https://neuvilvpxqla.shop/pages/contact,
- by post: Maison Pavane (Customer Service), 7 Rue Jean Elysée Dupuy, 69410 Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or, France.
ARTICLE 20 – SEVERABILITY
Any provision of the GTC prohibited by, or deemed unlawful or unenforceable under, the applicable laws and so determined by any court of competent jurisdiction shall, to the extent required by law, be removed from the relevant contractual agreement and, insofar as possible, declared ineffective, without modifying the remaining provisions. The invalidity of all or part of the provisions of the GTC shall under no circumstances cancel or affect the validity of any other provision and shall not release the Customer from performing their obligations.
ARTICLE 21 – ENVIRONMENT
21.1 Take-back of used products
For any purchase of a product referred to in Article L.541-10-1(10) (*) of the French Environmental Code, the Customer will be offered the option of having a used product they are disposing of taken back, within the limit of the quantity and type of product purchased. The product will be taken back under the “one-for-one” rule, meaning that the product taken back will be of the same type and packaging as the product delivered. Free take-back of the used product may take place at the delivery location of the product sold (for products weighing more than 30 kilograms per unit), or at a nearby collection point for products that can be transported without equipment (for products weighing no more than 30 kilograms per unit).
The Customer will be informed when placing the order of the arrangements for taking back used products and may find all dedicated collection points on our partner Ecomaison’s website (https://www.maisondutri.fr/livraison-et-reprise-de-votre-meuble/).
To arrange the take-back of used products, the Customer must indicate when placing the order whether they wish to benefit from this service.
The Customer may also obtain information about the arrangements for taking back their used products in the “Contact us” section (https://neuvilvpxqla.shop/pages/contact).
(*) 10° Furniture elements, as well as upholstered seating or bedding products and, from 1 January 2022, textile decoration elements;
21.2 TRIMAN
The Triman logo derives from regulations under the French Environmental Code. The logo means that the recyclable product is subject to sorting instructions. It simply indicates that the product must be placed in a recycling container. It is affixed to all consumer products collected by eco-organisations whose recyclability is ensured. For Maison Pavane, furniture equipment and textiles are concerned. They must therefore be sorted by you. The Triman logo may appear on the Products or on the packaging, instructions or any other medium, including dematerialised media. Waste electrical and electronic equipment has its own specific signage and is therefore not concerned.
21.3 EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY
