Unsure about the seat height?
There are two types of bar stools: those designed for kitchen islands and those suited to bar tables, which are generally taller.
To make the right choice, start by measuring the height of your table:
- If your island is between 87 and 100 cm high, choose a seat height between 62 and 70 cm.
- If your high table or bar is between 96 and 110 cm high, opt for a seat height between 71 and 80 cm.
For optimal comfort, allow approximately 25 to 30 cm between the seat and the underside of the tabletop.

Vendues par lot de 2, les chaises pour îlot central Simone associent un dossier en bois foncé, une assise en tissu beige chiné et un piètement fin en métal noir. À 65,5 cm du sol, l’assise s’accorde à un îlot de 90 à 95 cm.
Large de 42 cm, elle est légèrement creusée pour un bassin bien maintenu, et garnie d’une mousse souple de 28 kg/m³. Le dossier arrondi soutient le bas du dos, et le repose-pieds offre un appui aux pieds.
L’inspiration de notre expert déco : sur un plan de travail blanc veiné, le beige chiné adoucit le contraste du bois foncé et du métal noir, sous les suspensions Pacha ou Elora en métal doré.
Dans la collection Simone, elle existe aussi en léopard bordeaux et en velours vert kaki. Ces deux teintes se déclinent en chaises de table à manger, pour assortir la table et l’îlot.
