Full-grain buffalo leather: the outermost layer of the hide, neither sanded nor corrected. The densest and most durable, it retains its original grain.
Firm at first, it softens with use and moulds to the shape of the body.
The earthy, musky smell typical of buffalo is a sign of authenticity: it fades within a few weeks, so leave the product to air out.
It develops a patina and darkens slightly; scratches and signs of use are part of the material and do not affect its strength.

Regularly dust the leather with a soft cloth and apply a leather-specific conditioner every six months. Clean the metal with a damp cloth, avoiding corrosive products, and dry it thoroughly to prevent rust.
